Crush Oreo cookies (amount to be determined by how many ice cream balls you will make)
Scoop ice cream into balls (ice cream scooper size) and roll into cookie crumbs.
Set on tray with wax paper until finished.
Transfer ice cream balls into bowls and drizzle melted chocolate over them. (Baker's Square) (You could probably to this on the wax paper too, it was easier for me just to put them into bowls)
Freeze for at least 2 hours before eating.... Enjoy!
