1 medium onion (minced)
4 cloves garlic (minced)
Olive oil
2 cans crushed tomatoes (28 oz)
1 small can tomato paste
Basil
Parsley
Oregano
Sugar
Salt & Pepper
Cover bottom of pot with oil, heat until hot.
Add onions and garlic, stir (I only cook these for a few minutes)
Then, add about:
1/2 tbsp basil
1 tbsp parsley
1 tbsp oregano
(add more oil if necessary)
Add tomatoes and paste, S&P, simmer for 30-45 minutes.
